Two sentences are enough.
We ask the rest.
Call, write, or request a free consultation. Your message is read by someone from the medical team, who answers within two business days. English spoken.
You don’t have to tell your whole story again
Many people who write to us have told it many times already: to the GP, the specialist, the clinic. For a first contact, two sentences are enough: what is troubling you, and since when. We ask the rest.
Contacting us is not a commitment; there is no appointment and no contract. Feel free to mention what is going on outside the head as well: thyroid, infections, sleep, gut. Here that belongs in the same picture as the brain, because a thyroid sets the baseline tone of the nervous system and a chronic infection keeps the immune system running at full tilt, and both change how networks fire. If you are unsure where to begin, the free first consultation is the simplest way in, or start by reading who we are.
Read, answered, at your pace
- 01Right awayA person reads it
Your message is read by someone from the medical team, not a call center and not an automated queue.
- 02Within 2 business daysA reply within two business days
You get a personal answer, by phone or email, whichever you prefer. Often that answer already proposes a first consultation.
- 03AfterwardsYou set the pace
Nothing has to happen at once, and you never have to justify a no. If it goes further, it goes further with an assessment; whether a qEEG is added is decided after that.

A clinic since 1991, a team with names
The Douwes Brain Center is part of Clinicum St. Georg in Bad Aibling, a clinic with around 70 beds that has treated patients from more than 90 countries since 1991. The Brain Center’s Chief Medical Officer is Dr. med. univ. Julian Douwes; the hospital’s Chief Physician is Dr. med. Martin Rößner, specialist in internal medicine. Referring physicians reach the team on the same number and address; existing medication is never changed without you.

Whenever you are ready.
Two sentences through the form or a phone call are enough. The free consultation takes 15 to 20 minutes, remotely for international patients, and you leave with a clear view of whether an assessment is worth it.
